Description of Organization:
KCSOS Child Development Services operates 16 child development centers located in Bakersfield, Lamont, McFarland, Shafter, Tehachapi, Wasco and Weldon; serving more than 1,200 preschool children from low-income families. An employer-sponsored child care program also is available in downtown Bakersfield.
